We start the process by registering your vehicles. We arrange to have condition reports on all your vehicles. On sale day we rep all vehicles with pride by cleaning and making sure they start and have the proper announcements. We will facilitate any and all arbitration issues and also any title issues. We ask for a realistic floor with a $500.00 Window at least 24 hours before Auction Day! Also, please register vehicles at least 24 hours before Auction day.
After the sale…
If your vehicle does not sale on the 1st run, we will advise you of any visible damages or mechanical issues that need to be addressed. We will also arrange to have any unsold vehicles listed on OVE. We will also help facilitate any ancillary services.
For your security…
All vehicles are registered under your dealership using your auction access number. We ask that you send all titles to the facilitating auction. All checks will be issued to the selling dealer. We ask for a realistic floor with a ($500.00) window. We also ask for any announcements, so we can eliminate any arbitration issues.
